Delivery

Where does NYA deliver to?

For NyoNYA Kuih:
We currently only serve Klang Valley exclusively
*Areas in Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kuala Selangor & Batu Caves are temporarily unavailable but if you need to satisfy your cravings urgently, WhatsApp us at +6017-8206571. We can make special arrangements.

For KayaNYA:
We ship to street address within West Malaysia.

How much is the Delivery Fee?

For NyoNYA Kuih:
Delivery fees are charged based on your distance from our HQ.

For KayaNYA:
Standard Delivery fee is RM5.

How do I know if my NyoNYA Kuih and/or KayaNYA has been delivered?

You will receive a text message or email once it is successfully delivered by our rider.

When should I expect my orders to arrive?

Because all NYA goods are made to order, we can only offer Next Day Delivery in most cases.

For NyoNYA Kuih:
Standard delivery time is between 11am – 3pm. Please note that to be able to receive your NyoNYA Kuih on the next day, order must be placed by 6pm. We offer advance order up to 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled date of delivery.

For KayaNYA:
We do offer same day postage for orders made before 12pm. Any orders made after 12pm will be scheduled to post on the next day.
*Kindly note that KayaNYA deliveries are handled by external courier service, J&T. It may take at least 2 days to arrive at your doorstep.

Ordering

Can I place advance order?

Sure, you can! We do take advance order up to 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled date of delivery. Just select the date of delivery during checkout and we’ll get it sorted!

What payment options are available to me?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Credit, and Debit) as form of payments and Online Banking via "Billplz". For online banking, please select "Billplz" when you are selecting a payment method.

I'm not sure if my order was processed

When your order is processed, you'll receive (1) a confirmation email with an order number and (2) a text message from NYA Customer Service Specialist so do keep an eye out for these! If you didn't receive said email, send us a message on WhatsApp at +6017-8206571 OR drop us an email at everythingnyo.nya@gmail.com

I want to send a customised message card

Write what you want to say to the recipient at the designated ‘card message’ column before checking out. On top of that, your recipient will also receive a special Thank You card from NYA as a token of appreciation.

The NyoNYA Kuih & KayaNYA

Are they halal?

We use local and/or imported Halal certified ingredients to make our NyoNYA Kuih & KayaNYA. Our products are Muslim-friendly.

Can I customize my Kuih selections?

As we are still a humble online store, customization is temporarily unavailable. But we’re currently expanding and exploring on this in hopes to maintain our quality in due time, so stay tuned!

How long can I keep them?

For NyoNYA Kuih:
Because they are all freshly made in the morning and delivered to you on the same day, consume on the same day for best flavour & quality.

*Store in refrigerator to keep up to 3 days. You can consume the kuih directly or reheat by steaming. DO NOT reheat with microwave or oven as it will alter the texture greatly.

For KayaNYA:
Because we do not use preservatives, we recommend to:

  • consume within 2 weeks for best flavour & quality.
  • refrigerate once received to preserve freshness and extend storage life for up to 1 month.
  • For even longer storage life, store in freezer to last up to 3 months and bonus! You get to experience ice-cream texture Kaya.

*To avoid contamination please use dry & clean spoon or knife to scoop Kaya

Amendments of Order Details

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Change of delivery address is permissible before 9am on your selected delivery date. (*Kindly note that additional charges may be assessed based on delivery location) Any request of changes to delivery address after 9am from your pre-selected delivery date will not be able to be processed.

Can I change my delivery date after placing my order?

Change of delivery date is permissible if it’s made one day prior to the delivery date, before 8pm.

Amendments to the delivery date are not allowed you if your expected delivery date on the next day and your request is made after 8pm. The order will proceed to be delivered based on your originally selected date.

I want to amend my order

Amendments to the quantity or product selections are permissible if it’s made one day prior to the delivery date, before 4pm.
